Machine Condition / Technical Status- IMPORTANT

The machine is currently being sold in its present technical condition and the seller will NOT carry out the repairs before sale.

• Lower turret driven tooling function not working correctly

• Air/oil lubrication system issues detected

• Presence of rust inside the lower turret gearbox

• Upper turret gearbox found filled with NBU15 grease although the system should operate with air/oil lubrication

• Z1 axis linear guides/slides require replacement

• Z2 axis linear guides/slides require replacement

• Geometry deviations detected during machine inspection

• Various spindle/brake/hydraulic cylinder run-out deviations measured

• Several bearings, ball screws, seals, guide rollers, belts, lubrication components and wipers require replacement according to the attached spare parts list
